Here we are, Brain Saver, Brain Saver Protocols, Cleanses and Recipes.
It's two big books, both bigger than Cleanse to Heal, just so you know, right?
It was one book, publisher couldn't publish it, couldn't print it.
Had to be cut into two big books.
They're both really packed, just letting you guys know.
Let's get into it.
I'm on page seven of Brain Saver right here, okay?
Save your brain, save your life.
And this is just a little section. The books are teeming with information, right?
What resides inside of us that makes us want to save the world?
I mean, we don't want to see the world blow up.
We don't want to see the world just explode or disappear.
We don't want to see the earth die.
And it's not just about survival.
We don't want to see the earth die in general, right?
what is it that's within us that doesn't want someone to suffer i don't want somebody to suffer
and i'm sure you don't either so what's in us that doesn't want somebody to suffer
and what's in us that doesn't want someone or something to disappear no one wants to watch
something just disappear right something good disappear you know why is it that we want to
save the trees. Why don't we just chop down every single oak tree there is on the planet?
Better yet, why don't we chop down every single tree on the planet so the planet's treeless?
How about that? There's something inside of us that doesn't want that. We just don't want that.
Even tree haters, tree haters don't want that in the end where every tree is chopped down.
A tree hater will still keep a tree on their land, on their property,
and then everything else gets chopped down.
But they don't want to see every tree chopped down, right?
Why do we care enough to conserve everything?
Why do we want to keep the oceans clean?
No one wants a dirty ocean.
We don't want an ocean filled with sewage and waste,
like the Great Garbage Patch, right?
Out there on the West Coast,
We don't want to see oceans just get destroyed.
Why do we care if a dog crosses a street?
Why do we put on the brakes?
So when a dog's crossing a street, we hit the brakes.
We don't want to hit a dog.
I'm sure there's people out there that probably don't care,
but most of us, the majority of us, don't want to hit the dog on the street.
We put the brakes on, right?
why do we want to keep all the animal species from going extinct here how come we want to keep
the animal species alive we want them to exist why don't we just say hey no extinct all creatures
on the planet we don't want to do that something inside of us somewhere stops us from that
Somewhere inside of us, we have a drive to save, right?
Do you save things?
Do you save things in your life?
When we find a baby bird that's falling out of the nest, what instantly hits us?
If you see a baby bird on the ground, what hits you?
Do you just walk by?
Got a little baby bird on the ground and its wing is just doing this.
It fell out of the nest.
or do you stop? Do you at least stop and look? And maybe you don't have the knowledge to save
that baby bird, but you care. And you would look at that baby bird, right? What is it inside of us
that wants to save that baby bird when it's fallen out of the nest? It instantly hits us.
What should I do? What should I do? How should I care for it? Should I get an eyedropper and try
to give it some water. Even if we don't have the ability or resources in the moment to carry
out any of it, there's still this intentional caring and concern that resides inside of us.
Part of this is an instinct that doesn't like to see anything die or go to waste.
From a shrub in the garden to a shrub you find beneath a rock to a grub you find beneath the rock,
right? You want to save it. How many times have you heard someone say, save it like a shoe box?
Did anybody ever save a shoe box? Do you know somebody that ever saved a shoe box at all?
It's time to throw away the shoe box, got your new pair of shoes and you save the box at least
for a little while, right? Maybe you put things in it or say half a sandwich. How many times do
throw away half a sandwich or say, you know, I'm going to save that half a sandwich, even if you
don't need it or you save it for later. If only we knew how to save the very source that allows us
to save the world around us. What is that? What's the very source that we have to save
that really is the only way the planet can be saved.
It's our brain.
Protecting the brain is one of the body's main goals.
That's what our body wants to do.
So everything inside of our body, you guys, wants to protect our brain.
Every single part of our being and every organ we have wants to protect our brain.
That's what it wants to do, right?
the liver's day in day out filtration neutralization functions are about safeguarding
the brain so the liver's trying to safeguard your brain your liver the immune system is focused on
devouring toxins and pathogens to save your brain and protect your brain right
because pathogens reach the brain and cause a problem the adrenals release specific blends
of adrenaline to help power your brain and body through extreme stress. So your adrenals are trying
to protect and save your brain all the time. The releasing adrenaline blends to power your neurons
and your neurotransmitters, strengthen your brain and protect it all along. Especially when you're
going through hardships and losses, the adrenaline helps to fuel your brain in times of darkness for
someone when they're up against something that's really difficult.
They're struggling with something that's really hard.
Get the protocols back up here.
So fueling our brain matters, right?
In a crisis.
What this means is that just as we have an innate drive to preserve the baby
bird that falls out of the tree and any baby bird that's ever fallen out of any
Our body doesn't want our brain to fall out of the nest and get injured like a baby bird.
So our body sees our head like a nest.
And here's the nest right here.
Right?
Here it is.
The nest.
And our body doesn't want to see our brain fall out of the nest.
it doesn't want to see our brain fall out of the nest and splat on the ground it wants to protect
it our body sees our brain up here it's in this cavity it's in this nest and our body and all our
organs know it's up high in the tree top it's up here and it wants to see it protected
Our body doesn't want to see our brain wasted, discarded, or compromised.
So many of our body's functions are to preserve our brain.
A friend of mine told me that they were walking by a dumpster and they heard something in the dumpster.
They opened the dumpster, okay, and they saw four baby bunnies.
They were thrown out like they were trash.
A gardener, cleaning up and sweeping up a garden around a building,
grabbed the bunnies and tossed them in the dumpster for them to be picked up and wasted and discarded.
He got them out of the dumpster and he took care of them.
He sent me a photo.
So it's the same thing.
We don't want our brain in the dumpster.
We don't want it discarded.
We don't want it wasted.
So many of our body functions are to preserve our brain.
And with a healthy brain, we have the power to take care of our body and support these functions.
Because check this out.
Any decision we make is made with our brain.
Well, I want to take care of my liver because my liver is taking care of my brain.
How do I do that?
I have to use my brain to take care of my liver.
Well, I want to eat better things so that I can take care of my brain. Well, you have to use your brain in order to make the decisions to actually eat a better thing to take care of your body, to take care of your brain. It takes our brain to make those decisions. It takes a healthy, strong brain to make those decisions and the choices and to understand the knowledge and to receive the knowledge to take care of the rest of our body, including our brain.
with a healthy brain we have the power to take care of our body and support all of these functions
if our brain gets wasted along the way and you see it out there's a lot of people and their brain is
getting wasted and i'm just not just talking about you know from smoking pot or anything else
their brains are getting wasted from the toxins and the poisons and the pathogens
and so many of the chemicals out there too.
So if our brain gets wasted, we lose the ability to take care of our body
and the rest of the world.
If everybody's brain gets wasted on this planet,
how is anyone going to take care of this planet?
Most of us live our lives disconnected from what our brains and bodies need,
and that happens.
We wake up in the morning and we just go and that's about it, right?
We get disconnected to what our brain needs.
We get disconnected to what our body needs because we're on a whole different frequency.
That's because most of us are unaware of what our brains and bodies really do need.
And that's another problem going on out there.
the information here is so people actually know with their what their brain and body needs
and that's what happens out there people don't even know we may be aware of what our responsibilities
are because you know that's the thing i mean most of us have a lot of responsibilities right and so
we're aware of those responsibilities and then we're also aware of what other needs other needs
people have too, right? Do you have somebody in your family? Do you have friends? Do you have
loved ones? And you're aware of what their needs are or even what a baby squirrel or a baby bird
fallen out of its nest may need too, right? Or those baby bunnies I was talking about. My friend
knew what those baby bunnies needed. Number one, they needed to get out of the dumpster before the
garbage truck came. Number two, they needed to get fed. They needed water. And then what the oceans
may need, what the planet may need, at the same time, that preservation seed that sits inside of
us gets manipulated. It does when it comes to our everyday mission to look after what our physical
brain and body needs. And that's what's crazy, you guys, is that there's so much misinformation
out there. So as you're navigating through life, it's so easy to be sidetracked and distracted
so that you can't even find a way back home to know what your brain actually needs to heal or
stay safe in this world or to get by in this world or our body. That's the other thing. It's
easy to get sidetracked, especially by the trendy traps. Even those who focus a lot of attention
and care and taking care of themselves, you know, when you see a lot of people out there,
they are taking care of themselves. They're trying. You see people that are doing a lot of
self-care. They're looking out for themselves. They're trying to take care of themselves.
They're still not taking care of their brains properly.
And then even with that, and I've seen this with people out there, I've seen them sabotage their brain.
Even though they're doing things like self-care, they're trying all the different trendy stuff.
At the same time, they're doing things also to sabotage their brain.
We have to protect ourselves.
When it comes to our health, your health, my health, everybody around us,
We can't assume that the sources offering us advice haven't been manipulated and brainwashed.
And that's another problem too.
The world, when it comes down to health, has been brainwashed in many ways.
You see it out there.
It's a lot of manipulation going on.
And so even when someone has advice, there could be one golden nugget out of there and 10 pieces of coal or 10 pieces of lead.
And so we're doing a little something for ourselves, and then we're doing 10 other or 9 other things that aren't helping us.
we can't even assume that every advice givers intentions are good either because it's a dog
eat dog eat world out there right now and it's about people stepping on other people's faces
and heads to move up the ladder that's what it is in the health realm health realm many many years
ago was a lot different it was really about caring about somebody being sick but now it's just like
How can we step on somebody's face and somebody's head and then step up and try to climb higher in the health realm?
Doesn't matter how much misinformation we give out or do or what.
Just keep on stepping on people and climbing up.
Intentions aren't always good out there.
Someone may be in touch with their drive to save the world or other people who are suffering.
but then some may not be in touch with that in touch with that inner guidance to want to save
someone or save the world i will admit that the drive to save doesn't remain in every person
i've seen it not be in every person i've seen it in a lot of people be there but the instinct
hasn't been protected and preserved in everyone.
We all know there are bad people in the world
and these people have no interest in protecting us or our brains.
I see that out there.
You don't believe it?
It's there.
I've seen it.
I've seen things offered to people,
advice offered to people
that wasn't good for the brain on any level.
It sounded like a good idea, but it was terrible for the brain.
And these people have no interest in protecting us or our brains.
Only a great agenda to find ways to hurt us and our brains.
And that's the other thing.
There are so many things out there that can hurt our brain and send us backwards.
These are people out there who can make us feel thrown away, discredited, ignored, and betrayed.
It can be a cruel world in that cruelty stems from the brain, not from the heart.
Brain can become twisted and intoxicated and demented, making somebody create situations so someone else doesn't heal out there in the world.
It can be a cruel world in that cruelty stems from the brain, not the heart.
We deserve to be wise to this so we can look out for ourselves and the ones we love.
We already have the innate drive to save precious life.
Our liver, our immune system, our adrenals, they already have the innate drive to save our precious brain.
The key is to discover the ways we've been misinformed so we can adjust our own actions to align with our body's mission.
It's critical to learn where we've been misinformed.
So that knowledge enters the brain, rewires, and then we can reverse damage done, protect ourselves along the way too.
Along with saving our family or an animal or ocean life or the world, we're trying to save our brain because only when we join forces with our body's mission to protect our brain, do we have the potential to save all the lives we want to protect, including our own.
Your brain is waiting.
it's also critical to decipher what we shouldn't save what misinformation we can let go as well as
the wisdom we have to realize we could be throwing away so here's what happens out there okay
we have this information that's stored in here and that information could have been misinformation
that we actually took in many years ago for instance say you're somebody that went plant-based
or you went vegan because you were sick and you decided, hey, that's where I'm going to go. I'm
going to go vegan or plant-based. I'll work on that for a while with my health. And then you
realize, well, I'm still sick. So I'm going to go back to eating something else. So the first thing
most vegans or plant-based people go back to eating is eggs. And so that's the first thing
because eggs are in the brain. We're brainwashed at an early age to actually think eggs are not
only a comfort food, but good for us in so many ways. So we're taught that along the way, but we
can't get rid of that information. We just keep that information forever for a lifetime. So we
hold on to that, but then we throw away something else that's good. We throw away, say, celery juice.
So say somebody tried celery juice for a short amount of time, didn't know how to really work
with that kind of tool and then just discarded it and threw it away, but then went back on eggs.
They got rid of their celery juice and went back on eggs. And this isn't just about whether you're
plant-based vegan or animal protein. That's not what it's about. It happens when someone's keto
or animal protein too. They'll throw away something good and they'll save something bad,
like they'll save chocolate. Somebody who's on a keto diet or animal protein diet will actually
throw away something like celery juice as an example, but they'll keep the chocolate and
they'll bring more chocolate in because they've been brainwashed. The chocolate's really good for
them by the chocolate dealers. So that's another thing too. In our busy and over-prided lives,
in a pick-and-choose, take-it-or-leave-it society, sometimes we throw away the most
valuable information that's ever come our way. We can unknowingly toss out the most beneficial
advice we've received while saving the most unproductive. And that's what happens to people.
They'll save and hold on to something that's actually not doing them good, that's toxic.
and then they'll throw away good stuff is what they'll do. None of us wants to miss out on what
could actually save us. We all want the answers. We can't afford to miss out. So we need clarity
to make the best choices for our health. Whatever your background, whatever your perspective,
this book is here to show you how to heal, protect your life, and save your brain so you can live
your best, most purposeful life. A lot of people say, what's my purpose, AW? What is my purpose?
And so many people, they wake up every day, they're like, I need a purpose. I need to know my purpose.
Is my purpose even the right purpose? The only way that's ever going to get sorted out is if you
protect the brain and get it the healthiest you can get it, because that's where the purpose
really stems from. It's here first. It has to be a healthy brain in order to complete that purposeful
mission. It comes from here. Your brain has abilities to heal beyond what medical research
and science are aware of today. That's why with Alzheimer's, they still don't know why
someone has Alzheimer's and they don't know what to do for somebody either.
Your brain is waiting for you to discover its need to remove foreign invaders such as industry
created pathogens and toxins that have entered your brain. Through the course of your lifetime,
toxins and poisons and pathogens and their debris and byproduct end up filtering into the brain
and the brain becomes a filter for these things. Your brain is waiting for you to access information
that's above a mostly corrupted medical industry that benefits from keeping your brain dumbed down
and sick. So here's how it works. The industries, including the medical industry, need you dumbed
It needs your brain dumbed down. The industries, all of them, don't want your brain clean and clear, purposeful, free of all the toxins and poisons and pathogens. It wants our brains sick. So the industries need our brains sick. Keep us down.
Meanwhile, other industries that are responsible for these circumstances where brain betrayers enter and sicken the brain remain protected.
The industries of the world that poison our brains and bodies have no soul.
Your brain has a soul.
And that means anything is possible when it comes to healing and saving your life.
